Gingerly's Flank Steak Marinade

Flank steak gets a bum rap sometimes because it is the most budget friendly cut. But I marinade it all night in ths marinade before grilling and it is delicous and tender

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup  extra virgin oikve  oil
• 3⁄4 cup ketchup
• 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
• 4  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2  tablespoons light soy sauce
• 2  teaspoons  grill  seasoning
• 2  tablespoons  hot pepper sauce
• 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 2  garlic cloves

Directions

1. Mix everything together and place in a ziploc bag with steak.
