Gingered Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 fresh habanero peppers or 1 whole jalapeno chili
- 3⁄4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup peeled and diced mango
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl. Salsa texture should be coarse.
