Gingered Chocolate Whipped Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 3 -4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded candied ginger
Directions
- Shred the candied ginger as finely as you can and set aside.
- Beat all remaining ingredients in medium bowl to soft peaks.
- Fold in the shredded ginger.
- Cover and chill up to 4 hours.
