Gingerbread (Pre-1940's)

Directions

  1. Mix soda with sour milk and add to molasses.
  2. Sift together flour, ginger and salt.
  3. Combine the two mixtures.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Bake in greased pan in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
