Gingerbread Loaf W/(Opt Lemon Icing)

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup light molasses
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 1⁄3 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Optional Lemon Icing
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 -3 teaspoon milk
Directions
- Gingerbread Loaf.
- Add ingrediants to mixing bowl and mix lightly. Bake for about an 50 minutes or more if needed. When cooled drizzle Lemon Icing ( opt.).
- Lemon Icing.
- In a small mixing bowl stir together powdered sugar,vanilla,lemon juice and enough milk to make icing of drizzle consistency.
