- 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Beat together the egg whites, water and cream of tartar until foamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar.
- Beat until stiff.
- Use at once.
