Gingerbread

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 ounces butter
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons treacle
Directions
- pre heat oven to 180c.
- put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix untill smooth.
- pour into a loaf tin.
- cook for 1 hour.
