Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes or 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in 1/2
- 1⁄4 cup scallion, sliced
Directions
- Mix the the first 4 ingredients toss in tomatoes and scallions and chill 1/2 hour then serve.
