Ginger Tea Sauce

Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 2 garlic cloves, cut in half
- 1⁄2 small onion, chopped
- 6 peppercorns
- 1 inch fresh ginger
Directions
- Remove the strings form the bags, or use loose tea in cheese cloth.
- Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Strain.
- Allow to cool.
