Ginger-Sesame Asparagus Saute

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut on the diagonal into 2-in pieces
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat oil in nonstick skilled. Add garlic and ginger. Stirfry for 15 seconds.
- Add asparagus and stir-fry until crisp tender, about 4 minutes Add hoisin and toss until coated, about 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper. Toss with sesame seeds. Serve.
