Ginger Pork With Peach Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  pork tenderloin
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1  teaspoon  oil
  • 13 cup peach chutney (sub mango chutney)
  • 3  tablespoons  orange juice
  • 1  teaspoon ginger, fresh grated
  • 12 teaspoon five-spice powder

Directions

  1. Trim fat from loin. Cut crosswise into 8 slices. Flatten slightly with palm of hand. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork about 4 minutes, turning halfway. Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 4-6 minutes or until 160°. Set aside pork and continue to cook sauce for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over pork.
