Ginger Krackles

Mom my made these all of my life. The ginger and molasses are just so yummy! I had never seen another cookie like this, but have noticed a few photos lately but when I have looked at the recipes, definetly not the same. These are my brother's favorites, and I have used them to bribe my darling brother all my life! A little trick that my mom did... once the cookies have cooled and you put them in either ziplock type bags, or other type of container, tear pieces of regular bread into pieces and place them in the container. I usually put in 2 pieces of bread into a gallon size ziplock bag. It will keep the cookies soft and chewy!!! Show more
