Ingredients
- 500 ml boiling water
- 2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2 -3 tablespoons soft brown sugar
Directions
- Heat the water in a pan with the ginger. Bring to the boil then add sugar.
- Simmer for five minutes, then strain into a cup to serve.
