Yields: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh ginger, very finely minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
- Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil; stir constantly.
- When glaze reaches the boiling point, remove from heat.
