Ginger Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs pork tenderloin, 2 whole
- 2 cups dry white wine or 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pushed through a press
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except green onions in a resealable plastic storage bag; seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove tenderloins from marinade; discard marinade. Heat gas grill to medium and grill tenderloins in covered grill 15 to 20 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of meat reaches 155°F to 160°F Slice pork, garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
