Ginger Green Onion Butter

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1⁄4 cup sake
- 1⁄3 cup finely chopped green onion
- 3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
Directions
- Cook oil and ginger in a small saucepan over medium low heat for 2 minutes.
- Carefully add wine; simmer until reduced by half.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in green onions and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
