Ginger Glazed Carrots

This is a great vegetable addition to any meat or chicken dish. I found this recipe in a magazine and make it quite often. Easy and delicious. Show more

  1. 1.
  2. Heat 1" of water to boiling, add carrots.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Drain and set aside.
  6. 2.
  7. Cook brown sugar, butter and ginger in same saucepan over med heat, stirring constantly until bubbly.
  8. Stir in carrots.
  9. Cook 2-4 minutes over low heat, stirring now and then until carrots are glazed and hot.
