Ginger, Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
- 2 garlic, minced
Directions
- Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic until combined.
- Pour over the the food being marinated and let stand for 15 minutes or cover and chill for up to 8 hours.
