Ginger Dipping Sauce

This sauce comes courtesy of Ming Tsai. It's a wonderful dipping sauce for tempura and deep fried vegetables, eggrolls, etc.

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup  sliced scallion
• 1  teaspoon  minced ginger
• 1  teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1  teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Serve.
