Ingredients
Base
- 125 g butter
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Icing
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups icing sugar
Directions
- Mix base together and cook at 180C for 10 mins.
- While base is cooking heat butter, golden syrup, ginger, and water.
- Remove from heat and add Icing sugar.
