Ginger Cream

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons crystallized ginger, finely chopped
Directions
- Combine the cream cheese and butter and mix well.
- Add the milk and continue mixing until smooth.
- Add the ginger and blend for one minute or until creamy.
