Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 cups butter
- 6 cups sugar (can use half brown)
- 5 eggs (I use 3 when I half the recipe)
- 1 1⁄2 cups molasses
- 5 teaspoons vinegar
- 10 cups flour
- 4 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
Directions
- Cream together ingredients through vinegar.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Roll teaspoon sized balls of dough in white sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 at 325.
- Allow to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing.
