Ginger Biscuit Cheesecake Base

This recipe is for the base of a cheesecake; easily adaptable as Iused ginger biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 2  ginger biscuits
  • 15  g  softened butter
  • 1  tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Crush the biscuits using a food processor until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs. Now add the softened butter and mix; if the mixture looks firm enough then only add a small amount of honey.
  2. Firmly press into a metal cutter ring or mini cheesecake tin using a tablespoon.
