Ginger Beef Warm-wich

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup Miracle Whip or 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh gingerroot or 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 crusty sandwich buns, split
- 8 slices cooked deli roast beef (about 1/3 lb.)
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- 8 slices red peppers, rings
Directions
- Mix dressing and ginger; spread on cut sides of rolls.
- Fill with remaining ingredients: wrap in foil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
