Ginger Almond Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup candied ginger, cut up
- 1⁄2 cup crushed almonds
Directions
- Mix cream cheese at room temperature with ginger, place on wax paper and shape into ball and refg. for a couple of hours. Then roll in almonds serve with crackers.
