Gina's Peanut Butter Incredibles

This recipe was given to me by one of the girls that I work with, Gina. She made these for one of our work get-togethers and they were a big hit. I didn't get a chance to make them yet, but I wanted to post this recipe for future use. Show more

Directions

  1. Take the 1 package of graham crackers and break them up. Put in blender until it makes a powder consistency.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter and peanut butter.
  4. Mix and press into a lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and spread on top of peanut butter mixture.
  6. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
  7. To cut into pieces, let it sit at room temperature for a little while (it makes it easier to cut).
  8. NOTE: Make sure you really blend the graham crackers as you dont want huge chunks in it.
  9. One pan makes a lot if you are cutting into little squares.
  10. I also bought the mini cupcake tins to serve them inches.
