Ghost Eater's Queso Blanco

Ingredients

  • 1  tablespoon butter
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1  teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 12 lb  white American cheese, shredded
  • 12 lb  white  jalapeno pepper cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; add onion and garlic.
  2. Cook over medium heat until softened.
  3. Reduce heat to low; add cheeses and milk.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted.
  5. Add sour cream; mix well.
  6. Cook until heated through.
