- Blend celery soup and water.
- Measure out 1/4 cup of the mixture and combine with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley and salt.
- Shape into balls.
- Brown in oil.
- Add remaining soup mixture and cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
