Gg's Authentic Tomato Salsa

This is sooo good! My sister in law has a housekeeper from Mexico. She makes this wonderful salsa and was kind enough to share the recipe. You'll never want it out of the jar again!

• Serves: 10-12
• Yields: 2 qts

Ingredients

• 10  large tomatoes
• 10  small  jalapeno peppers
• 1  red onion
• 10 -15  leaves fresh basil
• 1  bunch cilantro
• 1  bunch green onion
• 1  cup olive oil
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Finely chop all ingredients.
2. Blend together well and refrigerate.
3. This can be frozen.
