Gf "rye" Quick Muffins

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup rice flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- 3⁄4 cup potato starch
- 1⁄2 cup sweet rice flour
- 1⁄4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 7 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 400 ml water
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.
- Warm water and mix with wet ingredients.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together thoroughly and spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done.
