Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1⁄4 cup sugar, plus extra sugar for topping
• 1  tablespoon Egg Beaters egg substitute

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients and shape into a giant cookie on a greased cookie sheet. Press a pretty pattern into the cookie with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
3. Bake for 10 minutes.
