Germanfest Potato Salad Skillet Dinner

Ingredients

• 1  tablespoon  vegetable oil
• 2  cups cooked ham, diced
• 1 (2 1/2ounce) package  precooked  bacon pieces
• 2⁄3 cup green onion, diced
• 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
• 3  tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1  tablespoon flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon celery seed
• 1  cup water
• 1⁄2 cup white wine vinegar
• 3  cups  Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion

Directions

1. Spray a 10"cast iron or non stick skillet with a little cooking spray. Place oil in pan. Add ham and brown slightly over medium high heat. Add bacon, onion and red pepper. Sprinkle with the sugar, flour,paprika, salt and celery seed. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Add water and vinegar and cook over medium high until thickened. Add Simply Potatoes. Cook over medium 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
