German Pear Relish

Ingredients
- 4 quarts pears, seeded and ground
- 1 cup jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint apple cider vinegar
- 4 onions, large, chopped fine
- 1 (12 ounce) jar bold and spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 2 bell peppers, green, finely chopped
- 2 bell peppers, red, finely chopped
Directions
- combine.
- cook for 30 minutes.
- pack into clean sterile pint jars.
- water bath 20 minutes.
