German Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/2ounce) box German chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1⁄3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 1⁄3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Directions
- Mix cake as directed on package. Pour into 13x9-inch pan.
- Combine butter and cream cheese in saucepan. heat on low until melted. Stir in box of confectioner's sugar. Pour over cake.
- Bake at 350F until cake is done.
- Cake is upside down when turned out of pan onto plate.
