Georgia Peach Ice Cream

this makes about 2 quarts..just enough for my countertop ice cream freezer..

Yields: 2 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1  cup milk
  • 2  tablespoons flour
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 2  tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2  cups  crushed  peaches
  • 1  cup  whipped cream

Directions

  1. combine sugar and flour, add milk and cook until thick -- stirring constantly.
  2. cool.
  3. add peach pulp and lemon juice --
  4. fold in whipped topping --
  5. freeze according to machine directions.
  6. freezing time is not included since the machines used vary on actual times.
