Georgia Peach Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups fresh diced peaches or 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, cut up
- 1⁄2 cup milk, of you may use the juice from canned peaches instead of th milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix oil and sugar well.
- Add eggs--mix well.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until done.
- Cool in pan and cut into squares.
