Georgetown Red Rice

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Cook bacon, remove from pan and crumble.
- Cook onion in bacon fat until tender.
- Add rice tomatoes broth ketchup tobasco salt and pepper and crubled bacon.
- cook on low stirring frequently until rice is done and fluffy.
