Gentleman's Delight (gubbrora)

Typical Swedish.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 4  hard-boiled eggs
• 1  onion, preferably red
• 1 (4 1/2ounce) can anchovy fillets
• 2  tablespoons  finely chopped parsley or 2  tablespoons chives

Directions

1. Chop all ingredients very fine.
2. Divide into 4 round heaps.
3. Serve with hot buttered toast.
4. A glass (or two) of beer goes very nicely with this little"delight".
