Genoese

This drink is very potent. Just a hint of sweet but if you like sweet drinks, you probably won't like this one. For me that's a 3 stars. But for DH that's a 5 stars. So I'm posting it for the ones who likes very potent drinks. It's only alcohol, no juice. So it's up to you to try it ;) From the Bartender's Guide

• Ready In: 2 mins
• Serves: 1

Ingredients

• 1  ounce vodka
• 1  ounce  grappa
• 1⁄2 ounce  sambuca romana
• 1⁄2 ounce dry vermouth

Directions

1. Vigorously shake everything with ice in a shaker until well frosted.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
