General Tso's Sauce

Spicy sauce for General Tso's Chicken.

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons soy sauce
• 3  tablespoons sugar
• 2  tablespoons rice wine
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons  rice wine vinegar
• 1  tablespoon  chili paste
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a saute pan.
2. Cook at medium temperature until thickened, stirring occasionally.
