General Tso's Lettuce Wraps

Serves: 4-5
Ingredients
- 3 -4 skinless chicken breasts (Trimmed of Fat)
- 1 cup stir-fry sauce (General Tso's)
- 1⁄2 cup cashews (Lightly Salted)
- 1 (8 ounce) can bamboo shoots
- 6 -8 romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
- 1. Chop Chicken Breast into cubes and trim all fat.
- 2. Put sesame oil or olive oil into Wok or Pan to prevent sticking.
- 3. Season meat with Salt and Pepper while the meat cooks.
- 4. Once Chicken starts to brown on outside, add cashews and bamboo shoots.
- 5. Then add enough General Tso sauce to fully coat Mixture.
- 6. Put mixture over lettuce leaves and Enjoy!
- 7. I usually serve with sticky rice or veggies on the side!
