Gb's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 12 slices pepperidge farm original bread
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Grease 9 x 13. Butter 6 pieces bread and lay face up in pan. Cover with 1/2 the cooked/crumbled sausage. Top with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layer again with bread/sausage/cheese. Mix eggs and milk and salt/pepper together. Pour on top of pan. WIth Spatula press down and soak all the bread/toppings. Bake 1 hour at 350 uncovered. Can be assembled the night before and baked the next morning.
