Garlicy Yellow Romano Bean Salad Romanian

Ingredients
- 1 lb romano beans, yellow
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 tablespoon dill, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Tip and tail beans.
- Cook in water with olive oil until soft, 20 minutes, covered; you may need more water.
- Mash until small pieces but not mush.
- Add garlic, dill, and parsley; mix.
- Add mayonnaise; mix.
- Add 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 teaspoon salt.
