Garlicky Steak Marinade

Yields: 2 1.5 lb steaks
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh parsley, coarse chop
- 1⁄3 cup of fresh mint, coarse chop
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, coarse chop
- 8 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine parsley, mint, rosemary and garlic in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt & pepper and process until smooth.
- With the motor running, add olive oil in a thin stream.
- Pour marinade over steak and turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (I have done as little as 1 hour with good results) or overnight, turning occasionally.
