Garlicky Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  white fish fillet, any tender mild type
  • 12 cup  whole milk or 12 cup half-and-half
  • 2  tablespoons  melted butter or 2  tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 cup  dry breadcrumbs
  • 2  tablespoons  minced garlic
  • 1  tablespoon  chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Spray a 9x9 baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Place fish in a single layer.
  3. Pour milk over fish.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
  5. Preheat oven to 425.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes, until fish can be flaked with a fork. Do not overcook.
  7. Serve with boiled potatoes, or crisp shoestring french fries and cole slaw.
