Garlic Stuffed Olives

AKA - Beetles Pure "Dragon Breath!!" But worth it!

Yields: 1 jar

Ingredients

  • 1  can  jumbo black olives (or colossal)
  •  garlic, cloves (enough to fill olives)
  •  olive oil (enough to cover)
  • 1  tablespoon  italian seasoning
  • 1  red chili pepper

Directions

  1. Drain olives.
  2. Peel garlic, stuff into olives.
  3. Large cloves may be cut to fit.
  4. Put stuffed olives into a jar (we use a pickle or mason jars).
  5. Add enough olive oil to cover.
  6. Add seasonings and chili.
  7. Seal, shake to mix.
  8. Let marinate for a few hours (or a day).
