Garlic Spinach (Cooking Light)

Ingredients

  • 2  teaspoons olive oil
  • 2  teaspoons  minced garlic
  • 12  ounces  prewashed  Baby Spinach
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; saute 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add half of spinach; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  3. Add remaining spinach; cook 5 minutes or until spinach wilts, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in salt. Yields four 1/2 cup servings.
