Garlic Soy Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sesame oil or 1 1⁄2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat; add garlic and cook until lightly browned, 1 or 2 minutes.
- Add spinach and saute, stirring, until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and sugar, cook another minute; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
