Garlic Soup / Castillian Sopa De Ajo

Ingredients
- 100 g , chorizo. (Authentic spanish chorizo @ latienda.com)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100 g bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
Directions
- In an earthenware dish and pour the oil once hot add the garlic cloves.
- When they start to brown add the diced ham and chorizo and fry the ingredients a bit.
- Add the bread into thin slices and fry.
- Sprinkle with a little paprika, cover with water, season and cook for 20 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and add them stirring, like and egg drop soup.
- Enjoy!
