Ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (I used 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 -8 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sautee for1 minute.
- Add the shrimp (which is peeled and deveined).
- Sautee for 3minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and cook for an additional minute.
